That's right, my computer's name is Mandy... Yesterday, Mandy had to go to the Genius bar and is currently in a cold storage room at West Town Mall just waiting for a new Superdrive. It is a hard day in the Slaughterhouse. My iBook G4 is making me cuss a little so please pardon the possibly janky looking posts that may come out of the next few days. We're working through this hard time!
In other news, I've gotten several little custom project lately and today got to spend the morning in Knoxville! If you follow me on Twitter you know that the trip consisted of a ridiculous trip to the fabric store, during which Britney Spears' Hit Me Baby One More Time blasted over the loud speakers as I waited in a line of old ladies in wheel chairs and with walkers. After which, I bought a shiny new skillet (our other one died), and had a really weird conversation with the checkout lady about why I would need a new skillet at my age.
After the skillet ordeal, I felt so uncool I stopped and got my first burger, fries and a shake in recent memory... I'm pretty sure I will be regretting it for weeks after the slight sugar coma I was in for the past 2 hours... how do people do that everyday? I need a cleanse or something!
Finally, I went to the shoe store, I had no luck, but couldn't resist sharing some of my super cute and super ridiculous finds! Now I'm off to sew! I'll be back later with some cuteness.
